Shipping

Location: We currently ship within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally at this time.

Method: All fragrance products are shipped via ground shipping only, in accordance with carrier regulations. Please note that ground shipping may take longer than air services.

Processing: Because many of our products are handmade and released as seasonal drops, processing times may vary. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has shipped.

Returns

We accept returns, but do not offer exchanges at this time. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Condition: Items must be unused, unburned, unworn, and in their original condition.

Timeline: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, Fragrances and Personal Care items (including lip balms) are Final Sale.

Seasonal Drop & Limited Availability Notice

Because we operate on a seasonal drop model, some collections may close once the season ends. If a return is initiated after a collection has closed, please note:

* We may not be physically available to receive returns once a drop has ended.

* Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or refused.

* All returns must be approved before shipping back.

To avoid issues, please contact us before sending any return so we can confirm timing and return instructions.

How to Start a Return

* Your order number

* The item you wish to return

* The reason for the return

Approved returns will receive further instructions via email.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
