East Coast Tyme grew from my love of nature, fragrance, and creativity. Each candle, perfume, and piece of apparel is thoughtfully made to help you slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the moment you’re in.
Before starting this brand, I worked in social work and behavioral health, where I saw firsthand how powerful sensory experiences—like scent, music, and art—can be in helping us feel grounded and restored. Over time, those ideas naturally found their way into my creative work.
East Coast Tyme is an invitation to step outside, breathe deeply, listen to music, and create space for yourself—whether you’re on the East Coast or anywhere else life takes you.

What are your candles made of?
Our candles are made using a luxury soy wax blend, premium fragrance oils, and cotton wicks to ensure a clean and long-lasting burn. No phthalates. No parabens.
Are your fragrances safe to use at home?
Yes! All of our home and fine fragrances are crafted with non-toxic, phthalate-free and paraben-free ingredients, making them safe for you and your loved ones when used as directed.
How long do your candles burn?
Our candles are designed to burn for approximately 40-45 hours depending on the care of the candle.
How should I care for my candles to maximize their burn time?
Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use. On the first burn, allow the candle to burn for 2-3 hours to create a wax pool that extends toward the edges of the jar. As the candle burns down, the wax will catch up and burn down the sides. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Always allow the candle to cool before trimming the wick. Never leave a burning candle unattended or burn in drafty areas. Place the candle on a heatproof surface while burning. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use, and trim the wick before relighting. Discard the candle once the wax is 1/2 inch from the bottom of the jar.

Yes, our apparel is crafted with high-quality, sustainable materials, prioritizing both comfort and eco-consciousness.
Can I return or exchange products?
Apparel return and refund policy:
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase provided the items are unused and in their original condition. We are unable to accommodate exchanges at this time. If you want to replace an item with another item, you will need to process a refund first and then place a new order.
Fragrance return policy:
Due to the nature of our products, fragrances may not be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your order was damaged in transit or you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship to addresses within the lower 48 United States only.
How should I use my room & linen mist and fine fragrance?
Use room and linen mist as directed, in well-ventilated area and avoid direct sunlight to maximize scent throw and longevity. Before use, we recommend testing the linen spray on a small, inconspicuous area to ensure compatibility with your fabrics.
For fine fragrances (perfume, cologne, perfume balm) store them in cool, dry place and apply them to pulse points for the best results.
Sustainable Packaging
We’re mindful of our environmental footprint and prioritize thoughtful packaging across our products. Our candles are poured into handmade cement vessels designed to be reused as planters, pen holders, or decorative pieces, while larger candles are offered in recyclable glass containers.
Our vegan lip balms are packaged in compostable tubes, and we avoid excess plastic whenever possible—choosing materials with intention and longevity in mind.
